PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION
Version 1.1 · 8 August 2026 · Applicable to Solar Tenerife’s Ohme Home Pro configurator.
These terms govern the distance contract for the supply, installation, commissioning and required registration and certification of an Ohme Home Pro charger in Tenerife.
1. Company and scope
The service is offered under the trading name Solar Tenerife, with a contact address at Carretera General TF-66, 216, Oficina 1, 38632 Arona, Tenerife; telephone +34 608 206 111; email info@solartenerife.com; website solartenerife.com; and Integrated Industrial Register number 00027562.
2. Subject matter and formation of the contract
The configurator prepares an offer based on the customer’s selections. Before payment, it displays the configuration, subtotal excluding IGIC, applicable IGIC and the final amount charged by Stripe. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and Solar Tenerife sends or makes the order confirmation available.
The offer is subject to the accuracy of the information provided and technical validation. Any additional work will require the customer to be informed and give express acceptance before it is carried out or charged for.
3. Scope of the installation
Unless the summary states otherwise, the price includes the Ohme Home Pro charger, electrical installation under the selected conditions, necessary protection devices, dynamic load management, configuration, commissioning, documentation and applicable registration.
Cable run distance
- Up to 30 m: an actual cable route of up to 30 metres.
- Between 30 and 60 m: actual cable route over 30 metres and up to a maximum of 60 metres.
- More than 60 m: requires a visit or technical check and a specific quote.
Pedestals and canopy
The prices shown excluding IGIC are: Premium structure 1.205,61 €, Essential structure 955,14 € and Wall-E canopy 234,00 €. The summary itemises the included 7 % to reach the respective final amounts of 1.290 €, 1.022 € and 250,38 €. Solutions manufactured or finished to individual specifications may be considered personalised goods.
4. Price, IGIC and full online payment
- Prices: the charger package and accessories are shown excluding IGIC. Before payment, the full breakdown, normal reference price and final web offer amount are displayed.
- IGIC: 7 % applies in accordance with the breakdown shown before payment and, for the charger, to the amount after the discount.
- Full online payment: orders placed through this page are paid in full in a single payment and receive a 15 % discount exclusively on the charger package. The discount does not apply to accessories or additional configurations. The offer applies only to payments made through this website.
The installation date is subject to technical validation and confirmation by Solar Tenerife. No additional work will be carried out or charged for without first informing the customer and obtaining their express acceptance.
5. Technical validation and changes
Solar Tenerife may request photographs, information about the consumer unit or meter, permissions from the owners' association, measurements or a technical visit. If the property's actual conditions differ from the information provided and changes are needed, a revised proposal will be supplied before proceeding.
If the customer does not accept the revised proposal, they may cancel and recover the amounts paid. Only the proportional amount for services they expressly requested to begin during the withdrawal period and that have already been provided may be deducted, where legally applicable.
If Solar Tenerife determines that the installation is not technically feasible or cannot be carried out safely and lawfully, it will cancel the order and refund 100 % of the amounts paid.
6. Withdrawal, cancellations and returns
6.1 Statutory right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.
If you expressly request that a service begin during that period and subsequently withdraw, you may have to pay only the proportional amount for the service actually provided. Statutory exceptions may apply to services fully performed with the required consent and to clearly personalised goods whose manufacture has begun.
6.2 Refund of full payment
- Full refund: where Solar Tenerife determines that the order is not feasible or cannot fulfil it, or where the customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal before expressly requested work begins.
- Partial refund: only where services have already been provided at the express request of the customer, or where there are actual, identifiable and non-recoverable costs, where legally applicable. Solar Tenerife will explain and justify the calculation.
- Non-refundable portion: where a legal exception applies, such as a clearly personalised item whose manufacture has begun with the customer's knowledge, or a service fully performed with the required consents.
6.3 Cancellation after 14 days
The customer may request cancellation before installation. Solar Tenerife will refund the amount paid, deducting only actual, documented and non-recoverable costs incurred specifically for the order. If there are no such costs, the refund will be in full.
6.4 Refund method and timeframe
Cancellation can be communicated to info@solartenerife.com. Where applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method, without undue delay and within the statutory period.
7. Timescales, access and installation
The proposed date depends on availability, equipment supply, validation and permissions. Any timeframe given before validation is an estimate. If a significant delay arises, Solar Tenerife will inform the customer and propose a new date. Solar Tenerife will confirm the final installation date.
The team must be able to access the property and the agreed electrical areas. Lack of access, undisclosed risks or practical impossibility may require rescheduling.
8. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate information and photographs of the property and electrical installation.
- Have authorisation to commission the work and provide access.
- In communal garages, provide any notifications or obtain any approvals required by law.
- Inform us of concealed cable containment, hazardous materials, restrictions on building work or any circumstances affecting safety.
- Do not tamper with the equipment or installation outside the manufacturer's and installer's instructions.
9. Warranties and issues
The equipment and installation are covered by the applicable statutory warranties. Issues may be reported to info@solartenerife.com or on +34 608 206 111, stating the order reference, a description and, if possible, photographs.
10. Personal data and communications
The data needed to manage the order, payment, installation, invoicing and support will be processed in accordance with the Solar Tenerife Privacy Policy. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and policies.
11. Legislation and complaints
The contract is governed by Spanish consumer law, including the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts, respecting the jurisdiction applicable to the consumer. If a clause is declared invalid, the remainder will remain in force.
12. Withdrawal form
The consumer may send to info@solartenerife.com a notice stating that they are withdrawing from the Ohme Home Pro installation contract, together with the order reference, name, installation address, contract date and date of the notice.
