TVT and Hikvision cameras installed and configured for your property
We design IP CCTV systems for homes, businesses, apartment buildings and accommodation. We select cameras, NVRs and storage according to the coverage, image quality and number of recording days you actually need.
TVT and Hikvision
We do not recommend a brand on its name alone. We compare the space, lighting, level of smart analytics and budget to select a coherent solution that can be expanded.
IP CCTV solutions with Motion Detection, ColorVu, AcuSense and NVRs ready for installations ranging from four cameras to larger-scale projects.
Models for different settings
This selection brings together camera types suited to different settings: turret cameras for discreet installation, vandal-resistant dome cameras and colour imaging with hybrid lighting.

NVR for IP installations
The recorder is sized according to the number of cameras, resolution, bandwidth, analytics and storage capacity. For a tidy installation, we prioritise PoE models where they suit the project.

Hard drives for CCTV
We use drives designed for continuous operation in DVRs and NVRs. Capacity is calculated according to camera numbers, resolution, frames per second, compression and retention days.

Typical capacities depending on the project
For small installations, we usually consider 2 TB or 4 TB; for systems with more cameras, higher resolution or longer retention, we assess 6 TB, 8 TB or higher capacities compatible with the NVR.
*Maximum capacity depends on the recorder model.
The system is designed around the property
Instead of a generic calculator, we suggest understandable configurations that we then validate through a visit or technical review.
Compact 4-camera system
- 4 MP IP cameras
- 4- or 8-channel NVR
- PoE and mobile access
- Storage from 2 TB
8-camera system
- A combination of turret, dome or bullet cameras
- 8-channel NVR
- Person and vehicle detection
- Storage from 4 TB
Bespoke professional project

Questions about security cameras and CCTV
Clear answers before designing a CCTV installation for a home, business, residential community or accommodation in Tenerife.
How many security cameras do I need?
It depends on entrances, thoroughfares, blind spots and the level of detail required. Before preparing a quotation, we inspect the property to avoid unnecessary cameras and ensure that important areas are properly covered.
Which brand suits me better, TVT or Hikvision?
Both offer professional solutions. The choice depends on lighting, required analytics, compatibility with other equipment, scope for expansion and budget. We propose the option best suited to each installation.
Can I view the cameras on my mobile phone?
Yes. With a compatible recorder or camera, an internet connection and secure configuration, you can view images on your mobile phone. We configure access and explain how to use it when the installation is complete.
Can I install security cameras without Wi-Fi using a 4G router?
Yes. If you do not have a fixed Internet connection or Wi-Fi network, a 4G router with a SIM card and data plan can be used. The NVR recorder can connect to the router by network cable to allow mobile access, provided the equipment is compatible and correctly configured.
You need sufficient 4G coverage at the property, a tariff that permits use in a router and a power supply for the equipment. Before choosing the solution, check the signal stability and upload speed available at the installation location.
Data use depends on video quality, the cameras accessed and the time spent viewing or downloading remotely. Recording to the NVR hard drive over the local network does not require images to be continuously sent over 4G. If the mobile connection is lost, local recording can continue as long as the cameras, NVR, local network and power supply are working; remote access will be interrupted.
Can a shop's CCTV monitor be visible to the public?
As a general rule, the monitor should not be visible to customers if it shows images in which people can be identified. The AEPD states that viewing must be restricted to those authorised to carry out surveillance.
This also applies to live images, even if they are not recorded. A CCTV warning sign does not, by itself, authorise showing those images to other customers.
The appropriate approach is to face the monitor towards authorised staff or place it in an area with restricted access.
Sources: AEPD: positioning monitors and AEPD: live images.
How many days are recordings kept for?
Retention time depends on the number of cameras, resolution, frames per second, compression, recording hours and disk capacity. We calculate storage to approximate the number of retention days you need.
Does the system keep recording if the Internet goes down?
Normally, local recording on the NVR continues as long as the equipment, cameras, local network and power supply keep working. Remote access will not be available until the connection is restored.
Can cameras be installed outdoors?
Yes, using models with suitable protection and positioning them correctly. In Tenerife, we also assess exposure to sun, rain, wind and coastal conditions to choose appropriate equipment, enclosures and fixings.
Can I expand the system later?
Yes, if the initial design leaves sufficient capacity in channels, PoE power, bandwidth and storage. That is why we plan tidy, expandable installations from the outset.
What does the installation quotation include?
The scope is detailed in each proposal and may include cameras, an NVR, a hard drive, cabling, power supplies, brackets, installation, configuration, mobile access and testing. This lets you know exactly which equipment and work are included.
How should a camera system be installed in a residential community?
Before installation, the owners’ meeting must approve it and record the decision in the minutes. Cameras must cover only the necessary communal areas, without capturing homes, neighbouring land or public roads, except for the minimum essential area at entrances; adjustable cameras must use privacy masking. As the data controller, the owners’ association must keep the relevant record, display visible signs and provide data protection information, restrict access to authorised individuals and, as a general rule, retain images for no more than one month. The design must be reviewed case by case and comply with applicable regulations.
Tell us which areas you want to monitor
We review access points, distances, lighting, network, power supply and recording days to propose a clearly explained, safe TVT or Hikvision CCTV installation with room to expand.
